SIMULTANEOUS MASTOPEXY AND AUGMENTATION

Mastopexy, or breast lift, and augmentation can be performed together in the same procedure. Performing the two procedures together is especially effective for women who have lost breast volume and have saggy breasts with a low nipple position. Post-pregnancy mothers and women who have lost large amounts of weight are often good candidates for this approach. During your consultation, Dr. Chang will carefully review with you whether this approach fits best with your aesthetic expectations and your desires. She will help you to determine if both an implant and a lift together is best for you, or if you are a better candidate for one of the two procedures in isolation.
